koding.com site today. Koding is an online development environment with social coding aspects. Included with your free account is a personal web server Linux VM, with root SSH access. Pretty nifty idea. Programming languages naively supported are Python, Java, Perl, Node.js, Ruby, C, C++, PHP, and Go. With root access, you could probably get anything else you want running as well.
